Flexible Availability (We are a 24/7 professional call center with shifts that vary around the clock.  Our needs with regards to employee availability typically fall outside of the standard 8a-5pm Monday-Friday shift. Please keep this in mind when applying and providing your availability)

*Please note that we DO NOT employ remote agents. In order to ensure quality service to our customers, all employees of ProTel work directly from our call center located at our physical location.

*Please note that we utilize a set training pay for all positions within our call center. Adjustments to the set training pay would depend on certain criteria, as well as, specific experience in our field; we are happy to discuss this in greater detail at the time of your interview.
