Requirements

Type 45–55 wpm · clear, professional speaking voice · strong work ethic · customer-service oriented · able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

Flexible availability — we're a 24/7/365 call center with shifts around the clock, often outside standard 8–5 Mon–Fri — plus computer knowledge.

Please note: We do not employ remote agents — all ProTel employees work directly from our call center in Pearl, Mississippi to ensure quality service. We utilize a set training pay for all positions; adjustments depend on certain criteria and specific experience in our field, which we're happy to discuss at your interview.
